Have mentioned the 8 glasses a day, but it is hard when he doesnt drink anything at all on a school day until he gets in.. due to the toilets etc. Also he only gets fizzy drinks at his dads which is no good.

I have bought some Ribena and Vimto Vit C squashes today and he drank half a pint before he fell asleep. Got some grapes too (only fruit he will eat). Will sneak more stuff into his food when he not looking!!
