Re: Chinese tea

I chase Rover at least three times a day - I'm getting very fit,
Or was that "have many fits"...?
Is "Twinkle, twinkle little bat" about you? "Like a tea-tray in the sky"??

Re: Chinese tea

not heard twinkle twinkle little bat!

talking of running, i almost bought a manual treadmill today for £15, but you couldnt adjust the bloody thing, and (LAugh all youw ant i did, and so did shop assistant and hubbY) i kept sliding off it so my arms were on the bars and legs about fifty thousand feet behind me lmao
Think it was a bit dodgy, hence being in a second hand shop. but am thinking of getting a treadmill. I do ahve a nice trainer thing, arms go like skiing legs like bike, but I find it too ahrd to do these days, only the odd five minutes here and there. So thought with a treadmill i can start with some gentle walking while the kdis are in bed at night or seomthing.

Re: Chinese tea

"Twinkle..." Alice in Wonderland. Mad hatter?

Sounds like a good thing, then. Though if you stuck with the "trainer thing" but just a few minutes in passing, you could build up slowly? Only thing I would use would be a rowing machine. Like them. But the cheap versions I end up rowing across the floor, which makes BH laugh, but isn't good for the carpet/floor/ego.
