I truthfully don't remember this, but my Mom told be when I was five and having my tonsils out, I bit the anaestheologist! Well, he was trying to smother me with that ether cone...perfectly natural!! And, to make it funnier, it was in the hospital where my Mom had trained..she was a RN! She was very embarrassed!!

I remember being sat on the settee with one of my grandparents dogs and the other was lying on the floor alongside, the rest of the family were at table having dinner. And I remember my Grandfather, he was in his favourite chair and saw me peeping round the door and called to me "Rosie, come here" and I went to him. He died when I was 2yrs old. I told my Mum years later that I remembered him and she didn't believe me until I told her he had called me Rosie, and she said that he was the only person that did !! Logoes

I can always remember being told by mum that if you didnt clean your ears out potatoes grew in them, if you swallowed apple pips an apple tree would grow in your stomach, and when fish died if you flushed them down the loo they came back to life again when they reached the sea.
God werent mums rather scary in them days lol
