Jittery/something's going to happen? Yes, I get that sometimes. It's very rare for anything actually to take place. Think it's something to do with hormones (adrenal glands/adrenalin - fight and flight reflex?) being a bit out of kilter. A female fault I suppose. Hope it's passed. If not, try camomile tea - might be just a placebo but worth a try.
