We have seen a dramatic increase in this area but as an office we prefer to see FTB's and so on buy the houses as there is a chance we will get it back to resell at a later date (investors tend to keep their properties for years for rental income). I can see how awful it would be to be a FTB - they don't really stand a chance against all the investors. If it carries on this way all houses will be owned by investors and we'll all be renting from them!!!!!!!
