Yea verily, I agree with meep and Yola, love words! And am dumbfounded at Sarah Palin....not to believed; I'm getting quite worried about the Election now. Anyhow, lovely weather still, 27C now; but all are hunkering down in anticipation of the remnants of Hanna which will treat us to howling winds and heavy downpours tomorrow, alas! Hiya all Home from work and yes surprise surprise..its raining. Taken Sal out for a quick run round and now wet dog wet owner. Had the central heating man here putting in two radiators....see we are all thinking cold aren't we...and its only Sept. Well just to update its raining...............oh and talking about Sarah Palin...can anyone tell me what a Hockey Mom is please? |

Hello everyone! Just sticking my head up from under the covers for a while to check there is life out there!  It's absolutely sheeting it down here and sadly a few of our Cynon Valley residents have been flooded out  we are ok as we live up on a slope but the valley bottom is very boggy and the river swollen to high heaven. Time to get the flippers out!Well, I'm off work for 2 weeks now and wanted to get a bit of dry weather to go out and walk and exercise. No chance at the mo. Have a good w/e and mind you got your brollies with you  |
