Oooh, new hi-fi, how nice! Even if you did explain how that telephone worked I wouldn't understand it .... one reason I haven't gotten an iPod; I read the instructions on how to download the music on line, and left completely baffled!!

I have an Ipod, hubby put the music on for me and I can just about turn it on!!!
This new hifi has a docking station for my Ipod, so all I do is push a button now!

Re: Tuesday's Thread

Evening everyone. Had a busy day - everything we planned went awry. Sheep, shopping, dogs and weather. To top it all OH's terminally ill aunt has fallen and fractured her hip so is now in hospital awaiting surgery. It is really the last thing she needs.

Taking time to myself now before shower and bed.

Really pleased to hear the g pig made it. Elaine - hope your sister feels bit better. DM, I am on the OMG it needs me to 'do' something to get it to work bus too.

Off to have a look at other posts for a bit.

That sounds great! I hate listening with earphones so if I'd gotten the iPod I was going to get the speakers to go with it. Am going to have to do something soon as my poor old CD player is getting cranky and insists there is "No Disc" frequently when there is...... what's annoying is that I have hundreds of CDs, and really don't want to change listening system... ah, progress!!

Re: Tuesday's Thread

Great news on the GP

Welcome to the world baby DM. How lovely to hear some wonderful news and hope mum and baby are doing well.

Hope your sister is feeling more positive soon and less stressed about life. Stress can be a wicked thing and it plays havoc with both body and mind. Lucky she has family around to support her.
CM - Sorry to hear your bad news. I hope she makes a good a recovery as nature will allow.

I don't do electrical...I'm rubbish at it.
