I totaly agree with that, It annoys me when I here a shop assistant in the pet shop saying, you can have as many fish as you want in a tank coz they only grow to the size of it!!! Im like NO you cant!
When I first got my fish, I had no idea about size of tanks etc and didnt have a computer in 97 so couldnt look anythin up.
So got a small tank witch the shop assistance said thats a fine size (totaly not, the size was only resonable for a Betta fish, or so they say they only need a small tank! )...
Anyway, they had a good sized tank after that and got an even bigger one a few years ago which they loved, its empty now and gonna put it in the garage till I want to get some more fish.
