I'm fortunate in not having lost many friends to old age or disease
I'm extremely lucky in being in a trusting and fulfilling practically life-long loving relationship.
Happy, well adjusted independent children
Live in a beautiful place in a house that suits me

I am pleased to say that I am quite a cheerful person any way, but I would say that some of the most important things in my life that make me cheerful are:

My loving husband,
My gorgeous children,
Of course my 2 adorable kittys who make me laugh everyday,
My 2 beautiful dogs who are now very old and a bit smelly,
Being around my family on family occasions,
My health,
Gorgeous sunny days,
My garden,
Watching animals and wildlife,
Fabulous holidays with my family,
Food,
Books,
Cosy nights in,
and having a good laugh with friends
