We now have about 10 inches of snow but managed to go to the vets with 9 of the Clan this morning - all done in 15 mins took longer to catch them and drive there and back on our nice untreated roads but thanks to the local farmer who has skimmed them enough so we can get out the track end - our 4 x 4 acted as a snow plough on the track but at least I have somewhere with flat snow to walk the dogs who are loving the snow - Angel piccies tomorrow if they decide to cooperate! The Outside ferals are all bedded down with electric heatpads in the garage and microwave ones over at the wendyhouse - not much movement from any of them today but all safe and warm and sleeping in the rafters through the day The Clan cats are grounded much to their annoyance but its to cold and the snows to deep to let any of them out but my god they can go if you catch my meaning its like painting the forth road bridge of grit boxes! |
