As you know Angie, Maxi and Maisy have now got a wee little pup companion or rather quite a large pup companion now as she is growning like the clappers , at first M&M didn`t really want to much to do with her and spent alot of their time upstairs out of the way hoping she would just disapear I think . But they came round to the fact quite quickly that she was here to stay and they get on really well now, the only nthing I need to watch out for is when Mia gets abit excited as she starts to charge around and then tries to play with the cats as if they are little pups which they obviously don`t like, so I quickly have to get her in check so she dosen`t squash them and calm her down, also they have alot of places they can get to out of her way. Maxi and Mia can be soooooo funny at times to watch as Maxi will keep going under Mia when she is stood still and will keep nudging and prodding her belly underneath and will even sometimes have a little nibble at her belly , the confused look on Mia`s face is priceless especialy as if she moves or nudges him back he gets abit cross and miows at her until she stands still for him to do it again But calm and patience is certainly the key to harmony and I know you will do a great job of keeping them well balanced and happy xx |
