Donna the shake will be fine for when you don't feel like making something, I have tried a few before and they are ok. Good to see you see you found some creamed coconut, you can do loads of things with it, coconut custards, add it to your chicken korma |

Here is my second attempt - chicken tikka masala low carb: Doesnt look quite as neat as yours Emma, but you can see I have made the onions very dark!! Just hope it cooks ok and tastes ok. Also got naan bread and poppodums but not having any. |
