Donna haddock is very similar in taste to Cod and it has a white flesh, I think it is normally cheaper than cod as well, both of these would be good with a lemon sauce, which you can make with butter, fresh lemon and a little bit of cream. Crispy Parmesan Fish 1 lb cod fillets 2 1/2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese Preheat over to 180 c, oil up a shallow baking dish. Place fish in the dish. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire and onions and spread evenly over fillets. Sprinkle the fish with the Parmesan and bake uncovered for 30 mins or until crispy. serves 3, each with 1gm of carbs, 31g of protein. |
