Nice nosh tonight - Local lamb & rosemary sausages (from the farmer's market) with mash, onion gravy and caramelised onion rings. Mmm Mmm |

Sounds yumm. We're having French Country casserole. Lumps of lamb slowly cooked with apricots, leeks and fresh mint in a rose wine sauce. Then sliced potatoes layered on top...its one of my favourites...not least because theres three quarters of a bottle of wine left  |
