So glad he is improving - sounded as if it was touch and go at one point. I do hope you manage to find out what the vet said about his condition. |

Ok here's the update. Zeke is looking better and gaining weight but..... He is aneamic and his blood count is still falling. Still waiting on all the blood test results to come back apparently. The vets are very worried that he has some underlying condition and want him hospitalised for more tests, the owner is reluctant to do this as they feel it will stress him further. He is eating far more food than before and although he has been gaining weight, alot is going through him quite quickly. It all sounds a little garbled as it was the owners daughter who was telling me all this and she is prone to dramatics and is also, imo, the cause of much of his bad behaviour patterns. She also told me before the walk that he was straining badly to urinate and deficate but when I took him for his walk he didnt struggle at all with either of these functions other than the poo was a little loose. They are waiting all the test results before making any decisions to contact the "dog behaviourist/trainer". |

Lots of possitive vibes needed. Just got a call from Zekes owner, he has gone right down hill again, he has lymphoma and his bone marrow is not producing enough blood cells. He is currently at Edinburgh veterany School and the prognosis isnt good |
