Tonight at 8pm, I asked Katie if she wanted "dinner". She got immediately and went to the door [they are fed in the utility room]. Unfortunately Harvey got up too so the boy had to he distracted Made up a small feed, set it down .... and she ate it I did wonder if the Propalin that the vet put her on had upset her digestive system. Adverse reactions apparently include decreased appetite and nausea. Advise continuing the drug as symptoms usually settle. Also says care should be taken for animals who suffer from renal disease Hopefully she will continue to eat and we have turned a corner for the time being |
