I can't narrow it down to just one....I'm big on the folk era of the 60s - 70s, that's mostly what's on the pi;e of CDs...although I am really enjoying that Lindisfarne CD ...know most of the lyrics now.

Yes, not the amount she'd normally eat but she at least stayed at the dish twice today and made a good dent in the serving.

My big worry is that she found something that had been poisoned and it may happen again. I suppose if they get out up here it is a risk that neighboring farms etc may put down rat or mouse bait - who's to say how far something would travel or if a poisoned mouse picked up by owl or buzzard - anyway I'll stress myself out thinking of all the what if's, so fingers x'd won't happen again.

I think we share an interest in the differences in our common language Eileen. Some differences are well known such as jelly/jam and candy/chocolate (although Europeans wouldn't say our chocolate was worthy of the name). There must be many less well known ones ......... any ideas?

I suspect poisoning is the worst possible scenario CM. Especially where you live - and have to protect your livestock.
