And when the kitchen is in, all you'll have left is the 'snagging'. The dreaded builder terminology for putting right all they've managed to screw up

Seriously - hope it all comes together swimmingly now Donna

It is a galley style and I think one side will be done tomorrow so will have a cooker but still no washing machine/dishwasher/tumble dryer or sink!!!

Once I see a cupboard or a worktop then I will be excited Mags

Re: New kitchen - works in progress

Well today I have an oven, hob and extractor plus some worktop and some cupboards!!!

Not allowed to put anything in the cupboards yet tho as they need slight height adjustments to make them perfect

Oven, hob and extractor all working so could of cooked there tonight Mags, but there is still so much mess over the other side plus nothing in the right place, so just did microwave meals for the children which I decided to get whilst the kitchen was being done.

Definately going to get rid of that horrible blue!!!

I have some green I might use (hardly any wall will show by the time it is finished) - need to buy tiles too - got the builder to work out the amounts today so can go have a look soon. Oh, and decide on the flooring

Re: New kitchen - works in progress

Now I have a sink and all the plumbing done. Think the washing machine/TD and dishwasher all plumbed in too but not sure so not using them yet!!!

Went out today and bought the flooring and just need to get wall tiles. Hope the kitchen all installed by tomorrow then just the finishing touches etc after that before wall and floor done
