Sounds like a good idea - although I see no reason why it couldn't be the
Catsey Spay and Neuter Campaign and hosted on Catsey itself. It would make sense as we have a super design here, and unfortunately I don't have the time to work on another seperate site.
There are lots of things to take into consideration tho, eg
what are you actually campaigning for? Where does it leave breeding? Obviously while we want to cut out BYBs we don't want it to affect ethical breeders etc
How would it be enforced?
I still think that raising awareness and educating people via articles is a great way forward as that way you are changing the culture of things - and not 'forcing' your opinion on people.
If it is an external site there would be some extra things to take into consideration too - eg if it harvests a database of users (ie if people have to sign up at all on the site) many sites including catsey wouldn't be able to link to it. In that case a simple gov.uk petition would be the ideal solution
On top of that it has to be a fair and balanced solution that is being proposed, many sites (again like Catsey) won't want to be part of any 'extremist' views or campaigns.
Not trying to be negative just practical
