Ah now, raw bacon rind.......... lovely!!!! My mother always used to cut the rind off bacon and I used to eat that. Once, the GP was in the house at the time and said it was perfectly safe and not to worry about it! Sorry, never considered eating raw sausages and don't think I'll try now. Like mine very well done with lots of buttery mashed pots and onion gravy! |
