Norma  wasnt she a stalky, robust woman who had lived many years in South Africa?I think she took over the Torry shop just before or just after I left. I popped into the shop to see her on occasion, if I was working at Torry Post Office though. I dont think our paths did cross as I started in the post office in 1990. |

That's Norma!! How strange is that! A friend of mine, AnneMarie, became post mistress of the Great Northern Rd PO! Were you working at the Torry PO from 1994 - 1996? |

Possibly. I was normally at Union St PO but would be sent over to Torry or St Nicholas to cover for holidays etc. |

The other jobs I have done are Veterinary student nurse shop assistant mother help cattery assistant catering assistant pet sitting dog walking potter ebay seller I did have a staurday jib helping out at my vets as well I did work experience at a dog trainer and at chessington zoo as well. How weird to think that we have probably had some sort of contact before lol! I used to use the Union St PO sometimes too. |

Hate to admit this, as you have all had interesting jobs, I stopped work when my daughter was born, and have been a housewife ever since... |

Don't put yourself down, Moli! I remember reading that if a man had to hire someone to do the jobs his wife did: nanny/chef/ chauffeur/laundress/gardener/painter/psychologist/.bookkeeper, etc. etc. etc., it would cost him over $100 thousand a year!! |
