Oliver brought me a baby blackbird this morning( it was not injured at all..) Its at the stage where it has fledged, and its still hiding in the bushes, can't fly yet....We always have blackbirds in the garden, so I put it in amongst the bushes to see if mum or dad fed it, its still there, will leave it till roosting time, if its still there then, will bring it in...it will be flying I reckon in a week.... Same thing happened to me last year, except was the dogs found them, 2 baby blakies, turned out to be 2 boys and I still see them in the garden now, altho they are now faster than the dogs!
