It's a semi detached 2 bed house at the mo Alex.

The one I like is a bungalow with a Dormer extension upstairs, which is the main bedroom, and another bedroom downstairs. It's just been refurbished and has new kitchen, bathroom and central heating!!

There are also 2 reception rooms and a nice garden (easily cat-proofed!). I only have one reception room now and really want 2.

Okay - advice now needed peeps.............The latest offer has come in at £2k less than the asking price and is from a buy-to-let investor. It's not a bad offer, but I was hoping for a bit more and that is apparently the max they can go to.

However, the house hasn't even been in the paper yet - it's going in today and again tomorrow with 4 photos

Should I wait and see what happens once it's been in the paper? or take this offer and run??

You may laugh ladies - but this is the cleanest my house has been in yonks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had to de-cat a little bit too and put some of their beds and scratchers in my dad's garage for a while - so it looks less cluttered!!!
