My OH has been in this situation too and the stress was unbelievable. In the end he was made redundant. He has another job but the pay is much less. so we are broke but happy!

Good luck with the job interviews. I think he did the right thing, hope he has a good case against his boss, this man shouldn't be able to get away with his bullying tactics.

Pauls got 2 more interviews for next week, both perfect jobs and well payed ones at that

oh, just to add, the jobcentre won't let the reason paul left lie, so it looks like we will be taking his ex' boss' to small claims one way or another

Pauls got a job
Its the one he went for an interview for last week, working on the CCTV camera's in Taunton Musgrove park hospital

YIPPEEE

Pay aint that great to start with, but once he's fully trained it gets better, alot better

you were right, paul starts his new job on the weekend, but another perfect job has come up that he has a interview for on thursday
