Well I've just this year got into reading books so I'll have to try some of your recommendations! Yesterday I finished the Harry Potter series of books, they are really good and its taken a few months to get through all 7, I always thought of them as kids books but I'm 26 and enjoyed them a lot! My favorite by far was The Goblet of Fire, I was on the edge of my seat the whole way through and couldn't even put it down while eating! |

You're not alone Samz5 - I loved the Harry Potter books too (and have read most of them more than once!). I really miss the suspense of waiting for the next book to be published! |

Thats where I was lucky, they'd all been released before I read the first one! A friend lent me the whole series and I just read it start to finish without stopping! I miss it now last night was the first night in months that I haven't been reading Harry Potter! What am I gonna do with my evenings now!!!?? |

Some books ostensibly for children are good adult reads also: I loved the Peter Pullman trilogy: The Amber Spyglass, etc. And I came upon the Railway Children stories as an adult and thoroughly enjoyed them .......Narnia is another example. A good read is a good read, regardless of age. |
