It's lovely to hear he is slowly progressing, he is very lucky to have someone like you and your OH to care so much about him. It must be very hard getting everything organised and done, let alone caring for all the sick animals as well ..........I think you deserve a pat on the back...well done! |

Sorry I haven't been on much this week, I been nursing/ worrying about my wee bun, Smokey. He was my bunny with breathing problems and was on an inhaler, and at the beginning of the week he deveoped an head tilt, more commonly caused by a parasite which can attack the brain. Sadly on Saturday we had to PTS him as he deteriorated overnight. Anyway I got some photos of Pippin todya for you to see his new feet. Fronts. Backs, Pippin today, |

What a difference Farthing, also he has a covering on his ribs now, that makes such a difference to him too. Can see by his quarters he still has a way to go but as you said, slowly will need to be the way for him. Is he sore on his feet? It is going to take a few farrier visits for them to be trimmed to a 'normal' size, but what a huge difference. Sorry about the rabbit. It is such a pity that he had both issues to worry about. CM |
