Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I had a feeling that would happen anyway. Certain time of the month. Anway, been very good today and cutting carbs. I re-read the little book you sent me with carb amount listings. Forgot things like tomato = 4 etc. So maybe having more carbs than I thought.

Today: scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Bacon, lettuce, half tomato for lunch.
Ham and coleslaw for dinner.

Only had one cup of tea all day (normally about 10!!) and drank 1 litre of fruit squash (no added sugar).

Hope that starts shifting it!!

Sounds good Donna, I was going to ask you about "the certain time of the month" Men don't know how lucky they are!!! lol

Glad to hear you are still sticking to it

I am down to 9 stone 5lbs today, quite peased with that. I am having a bit of a time at the moment with it going up and then down, but it is slowly going down so I cannot complain.

Do you do anything with the egg white you dont use? No doubt you have a special recipe for using that?
