Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Well I own an electric mixer - was just a cheap little one that I bought when Emma started making things!

I will need a comprehensive list of must haves for my new kitchen when it is done!! Get thinking!

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Thanks Emma!!!

Feel really happy today, and eating well again.

Having a litre of squash a day at work so that must be helping. For food today I had two boiled eggs and mayo for brekkie, lettuce tomato bacon and bit of cheese for lunch with mayo, and not sure what dinner is going to be.

How are you getting on?

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I bet you were over the moon when you got on those scales today

I am doing ok, still on 9 stone 5.5lbs, my food was ok today but I did manage to get through a bag of dry roasted peanuts which were a little carby, but I have a good weekend planned , today I am going to have a bit of scampi which is lower carb than I thought it would be as it is 20g per 100g, my serving will be about 100g but I won't eat the batter on all of it.

so today I have had

breakfast - coconut custard
lunch - prawn salad and avocado
dinner - roasted veg and scampi

snacks - dry roasted peanuts

Loads of water today, and a few cups of coffee
