If you eat sensibly after Donna, the weight usually stays off with this type of diet....

Excellent stuff Donna, yesterday did you just not feel very hungry?? I sometimes feel like that.

Todays food is

breakfast - lemon custards
lunch - lettuce with prawn mayo and I also got a sandwich filler from Sainsburys - Chicken with stuffing and mayo
dinner - duck legs with veg.

Hopefully having loads of water today and a few coffees

Didnt really feel hungry yesterday Emma.

Even today its gone 11 and I havent eaten yet. Will do something in a minute though.

Your food sounds good for today so will keep fingers crossed for you!!

Well it was more clearing out the shed, our indoor/outdoor temperature gadget said is was 8 degrees and it wasn't too bad in the shed, for a bit, also I managed to plant up a tray of seeds, wish me luck with them

Well I have put the following into my heated proprogator,

Rocket
Salad leaves
Raddish
Tomato
Spaghetti Squash
Butternut Squash
Lemongrass
Mint

I think that is about it

What is the matter with your seedlings?
