Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Of course you can!!! I will also package up a couple of suitable sized pots, just add some soil, water and put some cling film over the pot until the seeds germinate

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Not sure if you have seen that Tescos have brought out a low GI range of food, I know they sell breakfast bars, I have no idea of the carb content of these but it might be worth having a look next time one of us are in there?

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

still 9 stone 5.5lbs today

breakfast lemon custards
lunch prawn cocktail, chicken mayo and lettuce
dinner will be roasted veg and sausages

I had a look at the Tescos low Gi bars and they were 15g or 32g bar, so still very high but perhaps better than those normal breakfast bars.

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Today I have had

custard for breakfast
chicken lettuce cherry tomatos mayo lunch
chicken cheese (been nibbling) for dinner.

Still 9 12 but happy with that.
