Well I just admit after losing the first two stone, you get very quickly use to your weight, as I stayed at that loss for about 2 years I can really tell the difference now, but I have only lost 11.5lb so far this time

Yes when it is totalled up over the past 3 years it does mount up, it will be quite strange posting those before and after photos, I cannot wait to see the photo of you!!!
