Yes, Donna, do post yours. I guess I am lucky in living in Washington; we have so many supermarkets & such a huge selection of things: large ethnic stuff, which is nice for me as I like to cook Chinese, Thai & Japanese (make a MEAN miso soup ) and our lovely organic Whole Foods chain: when I mention stuff like bacon, cheese, rolls, etc. they are all organic, no additives or preservatives, just all natural stuff the way our grandparents ate

Well I have had today coconut custard for breakfast, chicken balti for lunch (minus rice) and for dinner I am going to have Thai Chicken (Sainsburys own) and veggies
