Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Well you have done some exercise tonight so that will help. And offer the peanuts around to everyone so there are less for you to eat!

I have had people criticise my diet. Most people think it is really bad and recently I have had headache every day due to my sinuses which cause me problems from time to time and the first thing my boss said was "its that stupid diet you are on giving you headaches".

My diet is 100 per cent better than it used to be - sweets, cakes, bread, processed rubbish, etc etc.

Now fresh veg, dairy, meats etc etc. gotta be better

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I know what you mean Donna, nowadays I just don't tell people, if they offer me anything sugary (which I don't normally like) I just say "no thanks I am full up", it usually works.

It is a shame all of the bad press low carbing has had before in the past, because done correctly it is a good healthy way of losing weight.

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Anybody that doesnt know I am dieting I will just say no thanks to stuff I think from now on. Easier than having to explain!

I feel better for the diet. So there cannot be anything wrong in what I am eating.
