Thanks all. She's had very poor mobility for ages and her legs are very badly swollen. Today she had a fall so has been admitted. Seems they think she'll be in for a while. Her son is long distance lorry driver and won't be home until Friday so we're 'standing in' for a day or two.

That doesn't sound too good CM. And having a fall when you're already struggling a bit is a frightening thing. Hopefully it won't take her as long as they expect to get to the point where she can go back home again...
