Now, sorry to be a geek but I watched a tv prog last week about the difference between English voles and Scottish ones. It seems that Scottish voles are black and quite a bit larger than the English brown ones. Was Izzy's vole a true Scottish catch????

I thought it was flavored with bergamot? Didn't know it was flavoed with orange at all (not a tea I like), will guess Seville ..???

It was certainly large but I'd say it was darkish brown. Definately not black or anywhere near black. I've never heard that - must google later.
