Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 1

Went to bed 11.45pm
Still awake 1.45am ~ got up
Back to bed 2.30am
Awake until gone 4.00am
Woke this morning 7.15am

Oh well, I wasn't expecting a miracle cure overnight....I realise it was only the first night of a 2 week course.
Fingers crossed
