I'm not sure about the goose fat Donna but you can buy beef dripping (if you don't make it yourself) from the supermarket on the butter/fats shelf.... |

I buy my goose fat from Sainsburys - they usually have it on an end isle in a tin labeled La Truffe Graisse D'Oie (Goose Fat) 350g - it is in a black/dark green tin with a cream label |
