I think that CM's visitor must have arrived and as RCR is off too ................... Elaine's answer is correct. He was the first person to circumnavigate Australia. He is also the first person to have used the name "Australia" which was finally adopted as that country's name. Previously it had been called Terra Australis. Q4. Bit obscure perhaps, but what was the name of Matthew Flinder’s faithful and well loved cat? |

I had to have the token/charity box thing explained to me last time I went into Waitrose! I don't go in to shop for groceries and so missed out on the introduction of this scheme. Are the amounts published anywhere do you know? |
