Re: any news on c-fur

smudgley,
I wish I had been around on this site when piclahrd went missing, I never knew the council kept records. Grim as it sounds it's the not knowing that was the worst for us when pilchard went missing.

Fingers crossed he turns up somewhere jac

Re: any news on c-fur

I was also told if you have some of their used cat litter to throw it around the garden the wind can carry the sent for miles and if lost could help direct them back home. It didn't work for us but anything is worth a try. My gorgeous Oliver vanished without a trace its very hard just not knowing sending you hugs and I do hope c fur turns up. One of my cats yrs ago went missing for 3mth and one day dragged herself across the garden very thin and dehydrated but made a full recovery, i couldn't believe it and cried with relief i thought i'd never see her again. I think she'd been locked in a shed or garage that wasn't used very much.

Re: any news on c-fur

Still hoping for you but also accepting the fact that young cats can wander and attach themselves to people.
When I ws a girl we had a young, coltish, cat walk in on us. Despite asking everywhere (and we were in the village pub - knew everyone, everyone knew us, centre of gossip etc ) we never discovered where 'Lucky' (all black and beautiful) came from. He lived a long and happy life with us (and ate Maltesers, and hunted lizards and snakes on the railway embankment)
