Update - not much more news. Vet tonight, heart still a bit fast, fluid all gone. No idea what is actually wrong. He is so thin, can feel his pelvis and every bump in his spine - and he has put on a litle weight. Took more bloods tonight so I asked him to test for thyroid even tho' he said it is highly unlikely. He is eating very well but just not putting the flesh on. Anyone got ideas for a 'help Alfie put on more weight diet'? He is not a fussy boy and will try most things. To phone vet on Saturday for blood results. |
