No weigh in today.

breakfast - custard
lunch = egg mayo and lettuce
dinner= chicken drumsticks and garlic and chive dip.

lots of squash.

Your food sounds better than mine today Donna!!! YOU will be telling ME off soon

Breakfast - lemon custards
lunch - chicken mayo, prawn cocktail on lettuce
dinner - lamb meatballs with veg in a chilli tomato sauce (homemade )

I had the rest of those nuts!! lol about 150g which is quite a lot but I have finished them now, and I am going cold turkey as of tonight

Weighed myself this morning 9 stone 6lbs

I am having loads of water today though, feel like a fish

Thank god the nuts are finished!!!

Dont buy any more Emma!!!! And lots of water today and a good set of meals should see you to below 9st6 tomorrow (fingers crossed for you).

Well I thought if I don't finish them up they are going to linger for ever I did bring one packet home but I have put it on my cupboard and I will only have them when I am down to 9 stone!!! lol

Nope not going to buy anymore either, going to eat so well over the next week and exercise loads

lol Well I have a tub of seed by my desk but they are ok as they give me jaw ache if I eat too many and they are low in carbs (about 3g per 100g)

Not sure what I am going to have down the cafe tomorrow, last time I had salmon and veg and it was very nice
