Weighed in today 9 stone 6.5lbs lol

So today I have been soo good, no snacking..

breakfast - lemon custards
dinner - salmon and veg
dinner - lamb meatballs and chili tomato sauce

Drinks a few drinks of squash and some coffee and tea

Exercise - about 3 hours of housework.

Apart from the bathroom which I didn't get around to doing it is looking very sparkly !!! lol even the OH commented when he got home

Good that you are still 9 12 I am 9 5.5 today so all of that housework and no nuts paid off!!!! lol
