Ok, food today

breakfast - vanilla custard with low carb strawberry jam
lunch - 1 sausage and scrambled egg
dinner - chicken, bacon and cheese kiev (most of the breadcrumbs scraped off) with roasted veg.

Snacks - two half bars of low carb chocolate

Drinks coffee and tea

lol yes I am more or less a size 8 skirt and trousers, and a 10 top, don't think I will ever be smaller than a 10 top as I have quite broad shoulders.

It has been a pleasure helping you Donna, you have done all of the hard work, and I think you have amazing willpower, far far better than me

I have had:

one choccy bar and one bag of carbolite 0.5g of bacon snack thingies that I found in Asda. Thats it so far.

But will have some chicken in a minute. Couple cups of tea, diet coke.

I will be the same I think. Bigger on top. Not broad shoulders but need the material at the front lol!! Unless I lose loads of weight there too!!

You underestimate yourself Emma. I WOULD NOT of done this without your help.

The woodys bars are nice. Slight aftertaste to them - had the hazelnut one yesterday and the orange one today. Orange one nicer I think. The Bounty type bar was DELICIOUS!! But Bounty is one of my favourite choccie bars anyway!! Will definately get some more stuff soon, but know I cant just pig out on all these choccie bars so will take it easy!

Yes I like the orange woodies as well and I love the coconut one!!! lol Best to take then a bit easy although to start with I think it is easy to scoff them.

Thanks for the reminder Donna Well only just under 4lbs now I am not sure how quickly this 4lbs is going to come off, I am very surprised I am 9 stone 3.5lbs today
