Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Official Monday weigh in -

9 stone 11 again. Had a feeling the weight that seemed to come off super fast was not right. Oh well. Still a pound off of last week so thats good.

Breakfast was custard
Lunch was ham and cheesestring
Dinner chicken and mayo probably

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

You might find Donna by the end of the week you are down a lot again on your weight, could just be the chocolates and vodka, making a difference over the last few days

Didn't have any lunch today, as I wasn't hungry but I have a nice dinner planned for tonight, sausages, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I haven't had the marzipan one yet

breakfast - vanilla custards with sugar free strawberry jam
lunch - tuna mayo with lettuce
dinner - spaghetti bolognaise (sp)

no snacks and I have had loads of water today (about 2.5l just in squash ) plus tea and coffee

9 stone 4lbs today
