Hi Donna, 9 stone 3.5lbs today breakfast - lemon custards with low carb strawberry jam lunch - tuna mayo with lettuce dinner - hmmmm this wasn't so good - jacket potato (quiet small) with coleslaw and cheese and a salad OH decided he wanted to go to Makro (cash and carry type place) and I was very hungry when we got there and gave into a jacket potato. Otherwise I have been eating fairly well, I had loads of water today. Tomorrow I am not sure how I am going to do as I am meeting a friend in the evening and we are off out for dinner, I will try and eat sensibly. How was the Indian Donna?? I wouldn't worry about it, it is better that you enoyed yourself on your birthday, you can always get back on track the next day |

You are doing well still Emma!! Dont worry about potato. You can afford to have some stuff like that now I am sure. Indian was nice. Had chicken tikka and had that with salad and lots of onions. Had a bite of naan bread and some of the crispy things. But no rice. So not too bad I dont suppose. |

Doesn't sound too bad at all!!!! Yes I am pleased with the loss so far, hopefully tomorrow for my dinner I can pick and chicken/meat and veg dish and I won't be having any alcoholic drinks as I am driving |
