Here we go .... I'll admit I put this Q in for interest rather than thinking it was a good Q to ask. I recommend the website quoted at the end of the answer. Really informative. 1) Kodkods Oncifelis guigna are the smallest wild cats in the western hemisphere and are found in Chile and Argentina. They weigh between 1.3 – 3.0 kg (3 – 6.6 lbs.). 2) Black-footed Cat Felis nigripes are found in Southern Africa. Females weigh about 1.3kg (3 lbs.) and males 1.9 kg (4 lbs.) 3) Rusty-spotted Cat Prionailurus rubiginosus found in Southern India. They can weigh between 1.1 – 1.6 kg (3 – 4 lbs.)
