I was up and down most of the night trying to encourage Eva to eat with no success. Finally fell asleep cuddling her. Woke up at 6 am and could hear her lapping at a bowl of tuna I had left out and some water with lectade, didnt dare move or breath incase she got distracted. She hadnt eaten it all but had had a good go at it. I have just finnished hand feeding her some prawns, a few more than she would take before. Have also managed to get a quarter of a pepcid down her to help with the nausea. We are back at the vets this afternoon and will just have to wait and see what the day brings really. Hopefully she will eat more through out the day and enough to start to turn this around. |
