Just thought I'd update you all. I rejected the delivery drivers job on the basis that I think at the end of the day it would probably be too much for me physically. Have been concentrating on the pet sitting side of things, finding out as much as I can, looking at templates for contracts, courses that I want to take etc. Had another interview at a different ASDA this week, this time I have told them I am looking for evening and or weekend work so that I can keep my days free to study and take up any pet sitting/dog walking jobs etc. Spent a day with Grahams mum, who is a dog walker/pet sitter in Banchory, saw how she organised her books, keys , time and also walked several dogs with her. Have applied for two jobs dog walking. But the biggest and best thing that has happened is.......... I have one possible job looking after a jack russell for 4 weeks, fingrs crossed. I also have one definate job booked for september, looking after Bunty the rabbit I rehomed some time ago, 2 cats and a hamster for a fortnight. |

With your love of animals Elaine, the pet sitter/dog walking sounds more the thing for you Elaine and I'm sure it is something you will really enjoy... Good to see you are breaking into it gently with your first definate job, the rabbit, cats and hamster won't require taking for a walk... |
