Re: Lucky....

Oh Fran.....

I'm sorry... I hope the second vet's opinion will differ from the first. And I'm happy she's eaten some food today.

Hugs to Lucky and hugs to you.

You know where I am, if you need a chat

J

Glad to hear that she is eating the AD with some gusto, it is brilliant stuff. You can warm it up in the microwave a little, apparently it brings out the flavour a bit more. Sorry the new wasn't better. I will keep my fingers crossed for the second opinion. Keep your chin up and hugs to you both.

Re: Lucky....

Thank you for asking Mags...she has not been too good really. Her leg is bad, severe limp, I am worried about her falling, she has lost interest in the AD diet...I think her time has come Mags..

Take care of yourself Fran and remember nothing is ever as bad as we imagine it to be. Believe me.
As I say take care, and don't forget your part of the cat "owners" terms and conditions.
(((((((hugs))))))) Karen

Re: Lucky....

Thank you both...
You are right Kazz...I signed an invisible contract all those years ago which stated that I would always do my very best for her at all times not matter how hard that would be...

Re: Lucky....

See knew you'd read it; the trouble is with that contract its not until its needed does the invisible ink makes itself visible

And believe me nothing is as bad as we imagine. And luckily cats like dogs don't imagine all they know is they are safe with us, and we'll love them always and forever.

It is hard I know, because I have the red raw puffy eyes to prove it. But I also have a heart thats a little lighter because I know I did my best for him.
