Yes, Arvo Pärt in 1978. It is curiously haunting isn't it? I can see why you said about schoolchildren sitting quietly through it. Quite beautiful, but sad.

Next Q: Of the roughly 725 venomous snakes worldwide, how many are able to kill a human with one bite ?
